2. Data we collect

Via contact and quote forms: name or company name, business email, phone, message, requested products and quantities.

Via the client portal (accounts activated by Prodet): login email, request history and documents linked to the account.

Technical browsing data: page views, referrer, approximate country, device type — via Vercel Web Analytics, without advertising profiling cookies.

3. Purposes

Respond to quote and contact requests.

Manage the B2B commercial relationship and client-portal access.

Improve the site (anonymous or aggregated audience statistics).

Secure the service (abuse prevention, technical logging).

4. Legal basis and retention

Contact and quote data are kept as long as needed to handle the request, then for the duration of the commercial relationship, and longer when required by law (including accounting and commercial obligations).

Client-account data are kept while the account is active, then archived or deleted according to operational and legal needs.

Technical logs and audience metrics follow the retention periods of the relevant providers.

5. Recipients and processors

Data are accessible to authorised PRODET TUNISIE staff.

Technical providers: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (database and authentication in the European Union), and where needed transactional email tools required to process requests.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.

6. Transfers

The site runs on European infrastructure for the application and database. Some providers (including the hosting platform vendor) may be established outside Tunisia; appropriate contractual safeguards are applied where required.

7. Your rights

Under Law No. 2004-63 you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and object to certain processing, within the limits of the law.

You may also contact the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP) in case of dispute.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access control, input validation, logging of sensitive admin actions) to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
